The Lausanne Metro is a rapid transit system in Lausanne, Switzerland, consisting of two lines: M1 and M2. Line M2, opened in 2008, is the first fully automated metro line in Switzerland. Lausanne is the only city in Switzerland with a metro system, which is operated by Transports Publics de la Région Lausannoise (TL).
