The Kyiv Metro is a rapid transit system in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, which opened in 1960. It currently consists of 3 lines (Red, Blue, and Green), with a total length of about 69.6 km and 52 stations. It is the largest metro system in Ukraine and one of the busiest metro systems in the world, operated by Kyiv Metro Company.
